ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
EDITIONS JSF reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time the order is registered, subject to availability. Products remain the property of EDITIONS JSF until full payment has been received.

ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
When you click on the Validate order button after the order process, you declare that you accept the order and all of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by www.editionsjsf.com constitutes proof of all transactions between www.editionsjsf.com and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions. JSF EDITIONS confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address that the customer will have communicated. JSF EDITIONS reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address you indicated during the order process, and are sent by delivery, which takes 3 to 4 days for metropolitan France. The times indicated are average times and correspond to processing times and delivery to metropolitan France.
